A large PE-backed business was buying part of a listed business — their largest acquisition to date — to reconfigure their business model and offer higher value services.


We planned all aspects of the integration, including value case creation and synergy planning, the operating model design, the transactional service agreement negotiation, new brand activation, cultural alignment and the change management plan and approach.


As a result, on day one the business was fully operational and realised cost savings off the bat, with customers enjoying the new operating model and staff enjoying a culture united by a new purpose, vision and values.
