In response to client demand for globally integrated solutions, to attract world-class talent with scarce skills and prepare for future service line separations, one of the Big Four set a strategy to globalise its operating model.


We created a new consulting business, comprising strategy, cyber, digital and data & analytics services. We established an operating model and organisational design, hired partners and executive directors into key roles, set up the company as a legal entity and developed a three-year strategy and implementation roadmap.


As a result, the business achieved a £200m turnover in its first six months and was set to achieve revenue growth of 30% year on year. Deal profit margins grew from 12% to 20% and the business was successful in attracting high calibre consulting talent into key roles.
