A $2bn technology company, owned by two of the world’s largest organisations, was undertaking a commercial transformation to diversify its service offering and double in size within two years.


We were engaged to set up and run the transformation, from establishing the value case to executing across several workstreams, including segmentation, account management model, territory and target planning, service definition and opportunity, and training and development.


As a result of our involvement, accounts grew 20%+, margins improved 10–15% and new business win-rates doubled, from one in six to one in three. Within two years, the business had hit its target of doubling in size.
