Seven has been a business transformation partner for companies planning a restructure.


A FTSE 100 business had decided to restructure. Its goals were to improve productivity, technology efficiency and efficiencies between its portfolio of businesses, in a bid to cut annual costs by 10%.


We undertook the analysis to develop a business case to identify cost and productivity improvements. We ran a large redundancy programme alongside process redesign and technology efficiency efforts. We also designed global centres of excellence to house new strategic capabilities and increase efficiencies between the portfolio of businesses.


15% cost savings were achieved, customer experience was improved through faster response times and greater insight on customers’ needs and employee satisfaction increased through clearer career pathways and an opportunity for employees to develop specialist skills.
